punch and kick on heavy bags
work on your conditioning using
squats, lunges, light weights, crunches,
as well as great movement sessions with
our focus-mitts and target drills

  • 5 Class times per week for the most convenient schedule anywhere. 
  • You need no experience to try our class - we are there to help you succeed.
  • You work at your own pace - do all exercises and techniques at your own speed.
  • You wear regular workout gear and shoes.
  • No martial arts uniforms or belts used in this class.
  • Learn self defense through proven repetition and muscle-memory techniques.

  • Expect an increase in your confidence level.

    Progressive training is a key element in our kickboxing/conditioning program. Basic techniques are taught as the foundation of the classes, leading to more advanced movements which allow the practitioner to build the skill and confidence required to kick and punch on focus mitts and heavy bag with power and authority. With just a few weeks of training you'll be surprised at your own abilities, as well as your fitness level and muscle tone improvements.
